African Business Lead
Munyaradzi Gambe, known as “Brownn,” is the Group CEO and Founder of The Tendi Security Group Africa (TTSG), which operates in eight African countries and has a European branch. He leads the group’s expansion and oversees manufacturing in Africa. Munya is a board member for nine organizations, including companies, trusts, and churches across eight countries. In 2018, he established the “Plant a Tree, Feed the Future Foundation,” where TTSG actively contributes to reforestation efforts in its operational regions.

Work Highlights
Security: Munya has advised Botswana’s Ministry of Defense Justice and Security on national security matters and has been instrumental in constructing Zambia’s largest cash center. He has provided bullet-resistant and acoustic solutions for Botswana’s presidential office and intelligence services, as well as security installations for banks and government entities in Zimbabwe.
Construction
With extensive experience in project management, Munya has overseen numerous infrastructure projects in Botswana, including stadiums, schools, prisons, and housing developments.
Agriculture and Trust Work
As a trustee for the Rural Enterprise Development Trust, Munya assists Southern African farmers in exporting non-GMO/organic produce to European markets. His passion for botany leads him to cultivate various plant species and grow food for his family and friends.
