MOEMEDI MOLEMA

Moemedi Molema is an experienced businessman with a strong track record. He is currently the Managing Director of Razeek Holding, a wholly citizen-owned company founded in 2011 and based in Botswana and South Africa. Razeek Holding has a diversified portfolio, including a subsidiary with a security license from the Botswana Ministry of Defence, Justice and Security.

Moemedi's entrepreneurial spirit was awakened early on. Since 1999, he has managed several service companies and signed contracts with well-known companies such as Naledi Motors (Mercedes-Benz, Daimler Chrysler, Mitsubishi), Motor Centre (Toyota, Lexus, Automark) and Gaborone Delta (Isuzu, Chevrolet).

In 2005, Moemedi started a 16-year stint at Botswana Telecommunications Corporation (BTC) as a LAN and Desktop Analyst. This challenging role required a blend of technical expertise and exceptional customer service skills.

Throughout his time at BTC, Moemedi has consistently delivered outstanding performance and received numerous awards. He was recognised for naming the company's innovation portal and even presented the second best employee innovation in the entire organization. In addition, he was Deputy Company Secretary for the BTC employee union, where he was instrumental in securing salary increases and employee bonuses. He left BTC in 2021 with a wealth of experience under his belt.

Proving his strategic foresight, Moemedi ventured to South Africa in 2022 and set up a branch for Razeek Holdings in Sandton, the recognised business hub of South Africa and Africa as a whole. This bold move, challenging at first, has opened the doors to significant business opportunities and valuable connections.
